STEP 1: You Need A Gmail Id To Sign In in the blogger then you can create a blog, give a title and a site name to it.
STEP 2: After that choose a below template and click on the done button.
STEP 3: Then You Need To Change Your Blogger Theme Template Because IT Just Look Classic Don't Proofessional To Change Your Theme Just Go On Google Or Your Favourite Browser Then Type THEMES FOR BLOGGER After That Click On A Site,Then Choose Your Favourite Professional Template And Download It Just By Clicking On Download Button.
STEP4: After That Just Go On Your Blogger Dashboard Then Click On THEMES And Then Edit HTML After That A New Prompt Open With Coding And HTML Just Click On The Upper Icon With BACKUP/RESTORE Select Your XML File Which You Have Downloaded ON Your System And Then Upload File.
STEP5: Then You Can See Your Theme Will Be Changed , Then Go To Your LAYOUT And Edit According To You Own.
STEP6: Make Sure Your Blog Has Pages Like ABOUT US ,CONTACT US And PRIVACY POLICY.
